STL Personal Use Terms

Personal Use License Agreement (STL Files)

By purchasing, downloading, or using these STL files, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms:

 

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the STL files strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. PERMITTED USE

The Licensee may:

- Use the STL files to 3D print physical objects for personal use

- Print the files an unlimited number of times for personal use only

3. PROHIBITED USE

The Licensee may NOT:

- Sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the STL files or any printed objects derived from them

- Share, distribute, upload, or make the STL files available to any third party (including design marketplaces, cloud storage, or social platforms)

- Use the STL files in any commercial, business, or production environment, including print farms

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract design data from the files

4. NO MODIFICATIONS / DERIVATIVE WORKS

- The Licensee may not modify, adapt, remix, or create derivative works from the STL files in any way

- The STL files must be used as provided by the Licensor, without alteration

5. TRADEMARK & LOGO PROTECTION

- Any trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers embedded in the STL files or resulting printed objects must not be removed, altered, obscured, or replaced

- The Licensee may not create versions of the files or prints that exclude or modify such identifiers

6. DIGITAL FILE PROTECTION

- The STL files remain the exclusive property of the Licensor

- Any unauthorized distribution, including free sharing, is a violation of this agreement and applicable copyright laws

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All rights, title, and interest in the STL files remain with the Licensor

- This license does not transfer ownership under any circumstances

8. TERMINATION

This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee violates any terms.
Upon termination, the Licensee must:

- Delete all digital copies of the STL files

- Cease all use of the files

9. NO WARRANTIES

The STL files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

- Fitness for a particular purpose

- Printability on specific machines

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Licensor is not responsible for:

- Any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of the STL files or printed objects

- Any misuse or unsafe application of printed products

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading or using the STL files, the Licensee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this license.
