Processing & Turnaround Time

All of our products are made to order with love and care. After your purchase is placed, please allow approximately 14–21 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping times are in addition to our processing time.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. NatureBased Toys is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, NatureBased Toys is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@naturebasedtoys.comand we will do our best to assist you.
