Refund policy

Cancellations or Changes to Existing Orders

If you need to make a change to an order after it has been placed, please email us right away. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to make the necessary adjustments.

However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes until your shipment has been received, at which time we will work to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges for full-priced, unopened items in new condition within 14 days of order delivery based on tracking details. All purchases of sale items are final. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the return amount if greater than the flat rate fee charged, or if the order was shipped for free. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Credit for returned items, less any applicable shipping costs as specified above, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus a 5% restocking fee, after the items have been received and processed.

Digital Products

Please note that all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the downloaded files, we are unable to offer a refund, as the product has already been delivered.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our designs. With over 6 years of experience in the industry, we are confident in the functionality and printability of our files.
